Interim Executive Director
LADC
“Recovery is a deeply personal process, and there is no single approach that works for everyone.”
Robert believes that each individual brings their own story, strengths, and lived experiences, and that effective care begins by meeting people exactly where they are. His work is grounded in the principle that every person deserves to be treated with humanity and dignity so they feel safe, respected, and empowered to be themselves.
Guided by this philosophy, Robert focuses on helping clients make meaningful, lasting changes that lead to healthier and more fulfilling lives. He is committed to ensuring that no one has to navigate their recovery journey alone.
Robert entered the field later in his professional life and has found working with clients and clinical teams both energizing and deeply rewarding. Before becoming an LADC, he spent many years in corporate finance and administration—a background that now informs his collaborative, organized, and person-centered approach to care.
Counselor
“Recovery is not a one-size-fits-all process. Every individual deserves to be met with compassion, respect, and understanding.”
Matt recognizes that each person brings unique life experiences, backgrounds, challenges, and strengths to treatment, and that meaningful change begins by creating an environment where clients feel heard, supported, understood, and empowered to take ownership of their recovery.
As an addiction counselor and person in long term recovery, Matt takes a person-centered, strengths-based, and practical approach to helping individuals overcome substance use challenges. He emphasizes personal accountability, self-awareness, healthy coping skills, and the importance of building a life that supports long-term recovery.
Through individual counseling and interactive group work, Matt encourages clients to recognize their potential, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop the confidence and skills needed to make lasting changes.
Matt finds purpose in helping people recognize that their past does not have to define their future.
Whether you are just beginning your journey or seeking extra support along the way, our team is here to guide you forward.
