EXECUtiVE DIRECtor

Aga Longtine

MA, LMFT, LADC

“I’m passionate about supporting people on their journey to recovery because I believe everyone deserves the chance to live a life full of hope, dignity, and purpose.”

Our Executive Director, Aga Longtine has spent her career helping people find their way forward. With a background in both clinical counseling and organizational leadership, she brings a steady, compassionate presence to her role as Executive Director at Pathfinder Care.

Before stepping into this position, Aga spent nearly a decade at NUWAY.  What began as a counseling role quickly grew into leadership positions—including Program Manager and most recently Program Director—where she led teams, shaped programs, and supported individuals navigating both addiction and mental health challenges. Whether she was managing daily operations or mentoring new clinicians, her focus remained on the well-being of the people they served.

Her professional path is grounded in a deep commitment to recovery work. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from Metropolitan State University, followed by a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. That foundation—combined with earlier studies in law enforcement and women’s studies—gives her a broad, inclusive perspective on the systems that impact recovery and wellness.

Aga is known not just for her clinical expertise or leadership skills, but for her authenticity, empathy, and unwavering belief in the potential of every person in recovery. At Pathfinder Care, she’s excited to help create a space where both clients and staff feel supported, empowered, and truly seen

Robert believes that each individual brings their own story, strengths, and lived experiences, and that effective care begins by meeting people exactly where they are. His work is grounded in the principle that every person deserves to be treated with humanity and dignity so they feel safe, respected, and empowered to be themselves.

Guided by this philosophy, Robert focuses on helping clients make meaningful, lasting changes that lead to healthier and more fulfilling lives. He is committed to ensuring that no one has to navigate their recovery journey alone.

Robert entered the field later in his professional life and has found working with clients and clinical teams both energizing and deeply rewarding. Before becoming an LADC, he spent many years in corporate finance and administration—a background that now informs his collaborative, organized, and person-centered approach to care.
